Jerry Dachenhausen comes to LaurelRock with 14 years of experience as a professional in construction and specializes in heavy equipment operations. As a leader in his field, he manages the on-site process, supervises and trains team members, operates and repairs equipment, and ensures all projects are completed on time and to the highest safety practices. Jerry’s skill set makes him an asset for the role of Construction Field Manager at LaurelRock in the Enhancements and Design/Build division.

Having grown up in Newtown, Connecticut, Jerry knows the community and has built relationships across his industry with peers and crews. His team-oriented spirit will add to LaurelRock’s value of embracing teamwork. Jerry proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard and currently resides with his wife and two sons in Oxford, Connecticut.
