Peggy channels her eye for beauty and love of the land into her role as Garden Property Manager | Seasonal Décor Specialist at LaurelRock; a melding of her life-long passion for the landscape and career as a professional photographer. An ardent gardener on the grounds of her eighteenth-century home in Fairfield County, Peggy has honed her horticultural knowledge in the field, classroom and throughout her working career in the landscape arena.
A container-gardening specialist at her company Belden Hill Gardens, Peggy designed, installed and maintained custom seasonal planters at residential properties throughout Fairfield County. Her enthusiasm for the garden supports her devotion to curating a flourishing dahlia collection of over 200 varieties and 400 plants at her micro-farm in Wilton, CT where she maintains a vegetable garden and oversees several perennial beds and shade borders.
Peggy’s professional garden nursery experience developed at Terrain, in Westport, CT where she combined her strong customer care skills and plant knowledge, delivering a superior customer experience in an atmosphere where nature is a guiding influence.
A past member and current supporter of the Wilton Garden Club, Peggy volunteered in the community through civic beautification projects and fund-raising efforts at the Club’s annual Mother’s Day plant sale. A forever student, Peggy continues to fine-tune her horticultural education through coursework at the New York Botanical Garden and is a UConn Certified Master Gardener Candidate.
