For a second time, LaurelRock has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by Hearst Connecticut Media Group. LaurelRock received its first Top Workplaces accolade in 2015.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

LaurelRock was one of 50 companies to make this year’s Hearst Connecticut Top Workplaces list. In all, over 900 employers in the region participated in the survey. Any employer was eligible, as long as it had at least 35 employees in Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield counties.
